Terms & Conditions for C Cabs Taxi Miles
Eligibility and Redemption
Taxi miles must be redeemed within 24 months from the date of accumulation. The expiration date will be indicated in your account details when you accumulate taxi miles.
Accumulation and Resetting of Taxi Miles
Once taxi miles have been redeemed, users will reset their accumulated miles to zero. However, you can continue to collect additional miles following the reset.
Booking Requirements
Taxi Miles can only be claimed from bookings made through the C Cabs app. Bookings made via other channels will not be eligible for taxi miles accumulation.
Checking Miles
To check the number of accumulated miles, please email dom@ccabs.net. Responses may take up to 48 hours.
Notice for Claiming Miles
To claim your Taxi Miles, a notice of at least 48 hours must be provided prior to the intended use of the miles. Late requests will not be accepted.
Exclusions
Taxi Miles cannot be redeemed for corporate or personal account work. They are strictly for personal use only.
Non-combinability with Other Offers
Taxi Miles cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts provided by C Cabs.
Item Availability
In the event that we cannot acquire the item you wish to redeem your Taxi Miles for from our brochure, we will make every effort to supply a similar item of equal value.
