At C Cabs Taxis we take pride in the service we provide.

If you ever feel that the level of service falls below our high standards we want to know so we can investigate the issue fully and take action where necessary. Please complete the short form below with the details of the incident as best as you can and a member of the management team will investigate the matter fully.

Please note although we are a 24/7 taxi service our management team typically work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays. Please allow us 2 working days to look into the matter and get back in touch.
